Power OFF the printer.

Loosen the thumbscrews and pull out the
controller board. Set it down on a flat
surface.
Follow the procedure below to install a memory SIMM.

Disconnect the GFI power cord.

Insert the SIMM into the slot at an angle.

Memory SIMM
The SIMM has a notch at one end to
aid in proper placement. The SIMM
will only fit one way.
