All models - Supply Fans

1. Turn the cooler controller off and then the mains
isolation switch off.
2. Remove the Outlet Duct Top and then the
Outlet Duct Sides leaving the customers ducting
connection intact, as illustrated below.
3. The Supply fans will now be accessible for removal
or maintenance.

Turn the cooler controller off and then the mains
isolation switch off.
There are 4 exhaust fans located at the top of the
cooler.
The Weather Seal assemblies will need to be
removed to access the exhaust fans.
Remove the M8 screws at the base of each Weather
Seal assembly.
Carefully lift each Weather Seal assembly up over
the Exhaust Fans.
The Exhaust Fans will now be readily accessible for
maintenance. Upon assembly ensure that power
and control cables are safely attached to the spider

mounts with stainless steel zip ties or ties which will
withstand UV light. Note: the plugs and sockets are
keyed to ensure correct wiring connection.
