OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

CW-80 - OPERATING SYSTEM cont.

All models - STANDARD Error Configuration

This error configuration is selected during commissioning for installations which prefer the cooler to go to vent mode

under most alarm conditions.

Item

One supply and / or one exhaust fan motor failure

Two or more supply and / or exhaust fan motor failures

Excessive pressure drop across air inlet filter pads - above

260Pa for more than 30 seconds

During pre-wet or normal sequential watering operation,

differential exhaust pressure across the core is inadequate

Initial filling of water tank to bottom probe takes more than

20 minutes to achieve.

Initial filling of water tank from bottom to mid probes takes

more than 20 minutes to achieve.

During pre-wet part A tank refilling to mid probe before

repeating core watering takes more than 10 minutes to

achieve.

During pre-wet part B water level recovery back to bottom

probe following a truncated watering period takes more than

10 minutes to achieve.

During pre-wet part B normal filling tank to mid probe takes

more than 20 minutes to achieve.

During normal run water level recovery back to bottom probe

following a truncated watering period takes more than 10

minutes to achieve.

During normal run normal filling tank to mid probe delays the

pump start by more than 5 minutes.

During normal run the average of the last 4 fill to mid probe

time periods has exceeded 2.5 minutes.

During normal run the average of the last 4 fill to mid probe

time periods has exceeded 90 seconds.

CW-80S ONLY

During Direct Only operation (without Indirect Cooling)

During normal filling tank to either top probe takes longer

than 20 minutes.
