MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS cont.
1.
The cooler will need to be turned "OFF" at the touch
screen.
2.
The Inlet Isolation Valve will need to be turned off
when cleaning the Inlet Water Filter.
3.
To clean filters, unscrew centre caps anti-clockwise
and remove the mesh. Expect some water to drain
out.
4.
Re-install the mesh and screw the cap clockwise.
5.
Open the Inlet Solenoid Valve and confirm that the
Inlet Water Filter is not leaking after cleaning.
6.
Ensure that the cooler is run in cool after the Supply
Water Filter cleaning to confirm that there are no
water leaks from the Supply Water Filter. Activate
"LOCAL AUTO" on the touch screen, then activate
"RUN" and then "COOL". Satisfactory sealing of
the Supply Water Filter can be confirmed when the
Supply Pump turns on.
7.
Once the water filters have been confirmed not to
leak activate "OFF" and then "BMS AUTO" on the
touch screen. The cooler is now controlled by the
BMS.

All models - Chlorinator Cell

Open the access door at the control end of the cooler
to gain access the Chlorinator Cell. Either clean the cell
whilst the cooler is running or remove it for thorough
cleaning.

Cleaning the Chlorinator Cell from calcium build
up can also be done without having to turn off the
power to the cooler. If it is done in this way, first
make sure to turn off the Chlorinator Controller. The
power button is located on the front panel as shown
below.

If cleaning the Chlorinator Cell while the cooler is
running, the cleaning must be completed within 3
hours, after which time an error in the cooler control

system will occur.

Remove Chlorinator Cell by un-clipping from the cell
mounting cradle that is located in the bottom of the
water tank on the left hand side. The Chlorinator
Cell is cylindrical in shape, blue in colour with a
cable connected to one end and positioned in the
cell mounting cradle as shown below.

Place this cell into a suitable plastic container ready for
cleaning. If there is a need to completely remove the
Chlorinator Cell and cable, refer to "Removing Chlorina-
tor Cell from the tank" on page 32 for removal details.
