Systems
1. Turn the cooler controller off and then the mains
isolation switch off
2. Remove the Air Filter assemblies from both sides of
the cooler.
3. Remove Core Keeper Plates as illustrated below.
NOTE: Be aware that one of the Core Keeper Plates
has a sensor sitting on it. Care must be taken to avoid
damaging sensor. This sensor is located closest to the
electronics control box.
4. Remove the Foam Seal from the top front of the
core.
5. Disconnect the Watering System Hose and swing
the side retainers up ready for removal as illustrated
below.

Reverse the procedure when reinstalling cores.

Carefully move the Core part way out of the cooler.
At this point the Water Spreader Assembly can be
removed. Care will be required to flex the hoses
over while removing the Water Spreader Assembly.
Once the Water Spreader Assembly is removed, the
core can be carefully removed from the cooler.
