MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS cont.
Ensure links are connected between terminals W2, U2
and V2 as illustrated.
Remove temporary termination box from the motor end of
the cooler pump wiring.
Connect L1, L2 and L3 to U1, V1 and W1 as illustrated.
Ensure the earth wire is connected to the designated
earth terminal.
Confirm correct direction of rotation relative to the black
and yellow label on top of the pump motor.
If not, interchange any pair of incoming lines and

CW-80S - Direct Pump
Due to various reasons local pumps may require fitment
at CW installation. The direct pump is positioned behind
the indirect pump and so it is always recommended to fit
the direct pump first
Position the direct pump onto the bracket outlined above
with the plumbing outlet directed to the right. Fasten
direct pump into position with supplied M6 fasteners
using a 5mm Allen Key. The plumbing outlet can then be
installed. Use thread tape to ensure an adequate seal.
