MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

All models - Electrical Control Box
IMPORTANT: Before any maintenance is carried out,
turn the cooler controller off at the touch screen and
then switch off the mains isolation switch adjacent to the
cooler.

All models - Air Filters

Air Filter Removal
The Filter can be removed for replacement or for cleaning
by pushing the Filter Housing upwards until the bottom
of the Housing disengages from the mounts. At this point
the bottom of the Housing can be pulled slightly outwards
away from the bottom mount. The Housing can then
be pulled down until it disengages from the top mount.
At this point the Air Filter will be free to be removed.
Reverse the procedure for installation.
The Air Filters should be replaced as soon as airflow
through the filters is restricted by choking or clogging
with dust or contaminants. The frequency of changing
the filters is dependent on the air quality in situ. When
filters are clogged and the filter pressure exceeds a set
point, a warning error signal will be sent to the BMS and
a detailed error description will be outlined on the cooler
Control Panel touch screen.

Cleaning Air Filters
Depending on the condition of the life of the Air Filters,
they may be washed to improve the filter pressure. To
clean the filters;
• Immerse the dirty filter medium into water with some
mild detergent.
• Do not rub the filter medium as damage may occur.
• Drip-dry the filter medium.
Filters can be washed successfully 2 or 3 times before
any necessary replacement, after which the filter medium
will begin to break-down.
Alternately, blow the air filter medium down with
compressed air, noting the air flow direction sticker on the
frame and blowing from the opposing direction.
• Pick out any debris and wash the mesh until clean.
NOTE: To access the following items, open the access
door at the control end of the cooler.

Cleaning Water Filters
Open the access door at the control end to gain access
to the Inlet Water Filter and the Supply Water Filter.
