Manual Mode
Manual mode for service work by suitably qualified
personnel only. All components can be individually
operated to assist with diagnosis and repairs. Serious
damage can occur with inappropriate combinations of
component operation. This mode requires a 4 digit code
for access.
Tank drain can be carried out without this code.
Use the up / down buttons to enter the correct code
(0784 in this example). Then press enter and a tick will
be displayed as above for a few seconds if the code is
correct.
Manual control screens can be toggled between "AIR"
and "WATER" groups as desired and can be operated
simultaneously.
In the above example:
• "AIR" group is selected
• Supply fans have been turned on and using the up /
down arrows speed 4 selected
• Exhaust fans have been turned on and using the up /
down arrows speed 3 selected

In the above example:
• "WATER" group is selected
• The drain valve has been turned on to drain the tank
• Inlet solenoid valve, indirect water pump, direct water
pump and chlorinator have all been left off
Manual code retrieval

Note: Be mindful of electrical safety when working on
live electrical panels. Many electrical terminals carry
high voltages.
The PLC program includes a facility for retrieving a
forgotten 4 digit manual access code:
Press the "Man" control button to activate the manual
code entry screen (if not already displayed)

• Locate the PLC input X 24 and disconnect the wire for
1.5 to 2.5 seconds. The operation will be unsuccessful
if the disconnection time is any shorter or longer
• A green tick will be displayed for 1 second and the
displayed code will be overwritten with the correct code
• Press enter to go to manual mode taking note of the
displayed number for future reference or press change
& input a new code and then press enter to save that
new code
Errors
In the event of an error the error summary screen will
automatically be displayed.
