Instrumentation and status screens

The "NEXT" button can be used to cycle through all
available screens at any time.
The group of available screens depends upon the
selected control mode and the number of errors (if any)
which have occurred.
To return directly each control screen press the relevant
control mode button again (despite already being
highlighted).
In automatic control modes (LOCAL or BMS AUTO) the
screen will automatically return to the appropriate home
screen after a push button inactivity period of greater
than 30 seconds.
(Examples shown in BMS AUTO control mode).
Current water tank status shows:
• Inlet solenoid off
• Drain valve closed
• Salinity level not high
• Water level covering bottom and top sensors but not
the exhaust top sensor
This screen is available in all control modes.
Current watering status example shows:
• Indirect Pump running (core watering in progress)
• Direct Pump not running (Chillcel not being watered)
• Chlorinator operating
This screen is available in all control modes.
Current fan status from previous screen shows:
• Supply fan running at speed 10 (range 0 to 10)
• Exhaust fan running at speed 8 (range 0 to 10)
• Supply pressure relative to core intake 204 Pa
• Exhaust pressure relative to core intake 381 Pa
• Target exhaust pressure relative to core intake 384 Pa
The target exhaust pressure is the desired exhaust
pressure as calculated by the PLC program based on the
current measured supply pressure.
It is normal for the actual exhaust pressure to be a few
Pa different from the target value as the PID control loop
endeavours to adjust the exhaust fan speed accordingly.
This screen is available in all control modes.

ILL2502-B
Air status example shows the current air temperature
(degrees C) and relative humidity (%) for both the outside
ambient intake air and the supply air being delivered.
This screen is available in all control modes.
ILL2500-B
ILL2500-B
Current BMS signals status example shows:
• Cooler receiving an On signal
• Cooler receiving an indirect cool signal
• Cooler not receiving a direct cool signal
• Cooler receiving a supply fan speed signal of 6.13V
• This 6.13V translates to speed # 6 (range 0 to 10)
• No warning error signal is being sent
• No critical error signal is being sent
A test facility is included - repeatedly press the test button
to send the desired replicated error signals to the BMS
system for commissioning and diagnostic purposes.
These test signals are automatically cleared when
moving away from this screen. This screen and test
facility is also available in the "OFF" control mode.
