Averaging
Averaging helps to reduce the effects of random noise on a measurement. The more
measurements that are averaged, the greater the amount of noise reduction.
Averaging is allowed for all pulse measurements.
Averaging is performed in the USB Power Sensor before the data is sent to the
FieldFox.
Annotation in the left pane shows the state of the Average setting. When Manual is
selected, the 'Num of Averages' is setting is also shown.

Video Bandwidth
The Video Bandwidth setting enables an FIR (finite impulse response) filter within the
USB Power Sensor. The filter setting affects the appearance of the trace results.
