Oil pump cover screw e:
4 N·m (0.4 kgf·m, 3.0 ft·lb)

Installing the oil pump assembly

Do not reuse an O-ring, always replace it
with a new one.
1. Install new O-rings a and the oil pump
assembly b by aligning the oil pump
gear with the crankshaft.

Installing the oil cooler

Do not reuse a gasket, always replace it
with a new one.
1. Install the anodes a.
2. Install a new gasket b, the oil cooler c,
a new gasket d, and the cover e, and
then tighten the oil cooler bolts f to the
specified torques in 2 stages and in the
order a, b, and so on.

Oil cooler bolt f:
1st: 6 N·m (0.6 kgf·m, 4.4 ft·lb)
2nd: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 8.9 ft·lb)
