Removing the propeller shaft
housing assembly
1. Remove the water pipe a and rubber
seals b.
2. Remove the cover c.

3. Straighten the tab a on the claw washer
that is bent outward.
4. Loosen the propeller shaft housing ring
nut.

Ring nut wrench 6 e: 90890-06677
5. Remove the propeller shaft housing ring
nut f and claw washer g.

6. Remove the propeller shaft housing
assembly.

Center bolt j: 90890-06504
7. Remove the O-ring k, propeller shaft
assembly l, and reverse gear shims m.
