Removing the cowling lock lever
1. Remove the spring a, and then remove
the hook b.
2. Remove the lever c, wave washer d,
washer e, bushing f, cowling lock lever
g, and bushing h.

Removing the flushing hose
1. Remove the adapter a, plastic tie b,
joint c, joint d, and gasket e.

2. Remove the holder f, bracket g, and
guide h, and then pull out the flushing
hose i, trim sensor lead a, and PTT
motor lead b.

3. Remove the plastic ties j, and then
remove the grommet k, flushing hose
i, trim sensor lead a, and PTT motor
lead b.

Installing the flushing hose
1. Route the flushing hose a, trim sensor
lead a, and PTT motor lead b through
the grommet b, and then fasten them
using plastic ties c around the grommet
b.
2. Install the grommet b and guide d.

TIP:
Align the white paint mark c on the flushing
hose a with the outer end of the grommet b,
and align the white tape d on the PTT motor
lead b with the inner end of the grommet b.
3. Route the flushing hose a, trim sensor
lead a, and PTT motor lead b, and then
fasten the flushing hose a, trim sensor
lead a, and PTT motor lead b using the
bracket d.
4. Fasten the flushing hose a and trim
sensor lead a using the holder e.
