Special commands

The following commands are special commands.

AC (Apply Changes)

Immediately applies new settings without exiting Command mode.

FR (Software Reset)
Resets the device. The device responds immediately with an OK and performs a reset 100 ms later.
If you issue FR while the device is in Command Mode, the reset effectively exits Command mode.

RE (Restore Defaults)

Restore device parameters to factory defaults.
In order for the default parameters to persist through subsequent resets, send a separate WR
command after RE.

WR (Write)

Writes parameter values to non-volatile memory so that parameter modifications persist through
subsequent resets.
When you issue a WR command add a 100 millisecond delay or wait for an OK response before issuing
any subsequent AT commands.
Note Once you issue a WR command, do not send any additional characters to the device until after
you receive the OK response.
