ST command

Sets or displays the amount of time (in milliseconds) that the device remains inactive before entering
Sleep mode. For example, if you set ST to 0x64 (100 decimal), the device enters Sleep mode after 10
seconds of inactivity (no transmitting or receiving).
You can only use this command if you use SM to select Cyclic Sleep or Serial Port Sleep mode settings;
see SM (Sleep Mode).
