Receive Packet frame - 0x90

Description
When a device configured with a standard API Rx Indicator (AO = 0) receives an RF data packet, it
sends it out the serial interface using this message type.
Format
The following table provides the contents of the frame. For details on frame structure, see
format.

Example
In the following example, a device with a 64-bit address of 0x0013A200 40522BAA sends a unicast
data transmission to a remote device with payload RxData. If AO=0 on the receiving device, it sends
the following frame out its serial interface.

Bit field:

bit 0 = Packet acknowledged
bit 1 = Packet was a broadcast packet
bits 6 and 7:
b'01 = Point-Multipoint
b'10 = Repeater mode (directed broadcast)
Ignore all other bits.
15-n
The RF data the device receives.
