Source Output of the regulator is defaulted to 3.3 V. Intended
output use is for powering 3.3V_IN. VDD_5V is required even
if an external regulator is used to power 3.3V_IN
instead of 3.3V_OUT.
Source This powers the IO_RING determining I/O voltage
input levels.
Input 3.3V_OUT can be adjusted to a lower voltage level by
connecting through a resistor to 3.3V_IN.
