No display (Windows CE 5.0 does not start)

1 Turn the PS-G unit's power supply OFF.
2 Is the power cord connected correctly?
Is the power supply voltage within

Are the DIP Switches No. 1 through No. 4
4 inside the backup battery cover set to the
OFF position?
5 Turn the power supply ON.
6 Does the status LED illuminate in green?
7 Is the backlight on?
8 Does the Windows CE 5.0 work as usual?
