Configuration of the Platform Manager
The following is the procedures for registering the device name of the PS-G unit. By this, the PS-G unit can be
specified to be a download place now. It includes the way to set up a property of the device in accordance with
a communication method.
(1) To open the platform manager, select the [Platform manager Configuration] from the [Tool] menu.
(2) To open the [Device Property], select the [PS3600G Device] then click the [Properties] button. Next,
select the [Microsoft ActiveSync] from both of the [Transport] and [Starting Server] pull down menus.
(3) Click the [OK] button.
