Creating a Project
(1) Start Visual Studio .NET 2003 and select [New] from the [File] menu.
Select [Visual Basic Project] as project genre. Select [Smart device Application] as template.
In terms of using Visual C#, select Visual C# Project as project genre. Select Smart device Application
as template as well.
Type the Project name and the file location.
Click the [OK] button and move on the next.
(2) Select Windows CE as target platform.
Select a Project type.
Click the [OK] button and then be created the project file.
Here, select [Windows application] and Click the [OK] button.
