Replacing the light module

The light module provides the light source for the projector.
1. Remove the top cover (on page 42).
2. Remove the fan control board (CFCB) (on page 91).
3. Remove the four screws securing the integrator housing collar and remove it.
4. Disconnect the following harnesses:
• Laser banks connectors J322, J323, J324, J325, and J326 located on the light driver board
• LVPS connector J320 located on the light driver board
• TEC connector J321 located on the light driver board
• IR board connector J84 located on the HKBC
• ACIDM connector J130 located on the HKBC
• SID connector J118 located on the HKBC
• Fan 1-10 connector J103 located on the HKBC
5. Remove eight screws securing the top electronics assembly.
