Replacing the laser liquid cooling module

Before replacing or refilling the coolant, the laser liquid cooling module (LCM) must be removed from
the projector.
Warning! If not avoided, the following could result in death or serious injury.
SHOCK HAZARD! Disconnect the product from AC before installing, moving, servicing, cleaning,
removing components, or opening any enclosure.
1. Remove the top cover (on page 42).
2. Remove the intake side cover (on page 43).
3. Disconnect the following harnesses:
Laser banks connectors J322, J323, J324, J325, and J326 located on the light driver board
LVPS connector J320 located on the light driver board
TEC connector J321 located on the light driver board
IR board connector J84 located on the HKBC
ACIDM connector J130 located on the HKBC
SID connector J118 located on the HKBC
Fan 1-10 connector J103 located on the HKBC
4. Remove eight screws securing the top electronics assembly.
5. Loosen the one captive screw to release the fan 1-4 harness bracket.
6. Pivot the light driver board and tray aside so it sits on top of the light engine cover.
