Spray Control Assembly

1. Spray pump

4. Boom manifold valve assembly
The spray control assembly includes the agitation valve
and boom manifold valves. If the machine is equipped
with a Pro Control XP Spray System, the spray control
assembly will include a flowmeter between the agitation
valve and boom manifold valves (Fig. 15). Additional
valves may be attached to the spray control if the ma-
chine has any optional kits installed (e.g. foam marker,
eductor).
Removal (Fig. 14)
IMPORTANT: Make sure to remove and neutralize
chemicals from spray components before disas-
sembly. Wear protective clothing, chemical resist-
ant gloves and eye protection during repair.

1. Park machine on a level surface, stop engine, en-
gage parking brake and remove key from the ignition
switch.
2. Label hoses for proper installation after repairs are
completed (Fig. 16). Loosen hose clamps and discon-
nect hoses from spray control assembly as needed.
3. Loosen screw clamp (item 3) that secures compo-
nents of spray control assembly.
