Problem
Spray system leaks fluid.
Fluid leaking from bottom of spray
pump.
Fluid leaking from spray pump valve
cover.
Excessive suction hose vibration.
Spray pressure decreases while
operating sprayer.
Nozzles on spray boom section leak
when boom is switched off.
Spray System
Possible Cause
Fitting(s), hose(s) or tube(s) are loose or damaged.
O--ring(s) or seal(s) are missing or damaged.
Spray tank drain valve not seating.
Faulty diaphragm(s) exist in spray pump.
Pump casting is cracked.
Valve cover bolts are loose.
O--ring at inlet or outlet valve is faulty.
Diaphragm is not seating against pump casting and valve cover.
Valve cover is damaged.
Suction screen in tank is plugged.
Spray pump suction line has an air leak.
Suction tube in spray tank has an air leak.
Suction line is restricted.
Suction line is restricted.
Low fluid level exists in spray tank.
Suction screen in tank is plugged.
Spray pump suction line has an air leak.
Agitation nozzle(s) in tank are loose or damaged (only occurs if
agitation switch is on).
Spray nozzles are worn or damaged.
Pressure line or component is restricted or damaged.
Engine speed is low.
Pressure relief valve is stuck.
Spray pump is damaged.
Diaphragm in turret body is leaking or damaged.
Boom valve motor for affected boom is not seating.
