Disconnect / Re-connect Zone Line Input (H8/S2)

To avoid damage on the units and FT128 during physical connection / disconnection of
units, it is highly recommended to have the zone line disconnected (disabled), i.e. voltage
free (dead).
Disconnected zone line input is indicated by LED "Disablements" and is listed in menu
H4/U1.
