If there are alarms, clear them by referring to UPS2000-G-(6 kVA-20 kVA) User Manual, and start the
UPS.
Step 2 Replace the ATS PDU.

After removing cables, wrap exposed terminals with insulation tape and do not block cable
labels. If cable labels are blocked, cables may be connected incorrectly.

Install the new PDU, and secure it to the cabinet.
Connect the UPS input and output power cables, air conditioner power cable, IT cabinet
power cable, signal cable, and general input power cable in sequence. Check whether the
cable labels are consistent with the marks on the wiring terminals and whether all cables
are connected.
Turn on the battery switch, and perform power-on commissioning on the PDU.
Check whether the UPS generates abnormal alarms. If there are alarms, clear them and
start the UPS.
Turn off the battery switch.
Open the front and rear doors of the Converged Cabinet, and remove the input and
output power cables and signal cable from the rear of the ATS PDU.
Remove screws from the ATS PDU, and pull out the faulty ATS PDU, as shown in
Figure
5-13.
