switched on or off
smoothly, perform
the following
operations:
 If there is a
spare circuit
breaker,
connect cables
to it.
 If there is no
spare circuit
breaker,
replace the
power
distribution
subrack by
referring to
5.2.5
Replacing a
Power
Distribution
Subrack.
If the cable
insulation
performance is
poor, replace the
cable.
If the insulation
performance is
poor, check and
maintain the
components in the
power distribution
subrack, such as
internal cables and
circuit breakers.
If the insulation
performance is
poor, check and
maintain the
signal cable,
emergency fan,
and smart ETH
gateway.
