5.2.2 Replacing a Fuse

Prerequisites
When replacing a fuse, you must wear insulation gloves, and must not touch the input copper
bar.


Context
The fuse is located near the rear door of the Converged Cabinet, as shown in
Issue 02 (2016-11-15)
Tools: insulation gloves.
Materials: A new fuse is intact and has the same model as the old fuse.

Fuses can be replaced in a similar way. The figures show how to replace a fuse on a 15 kW 6 U
PDU.

In the ATS input scenario, the fuses of the indicators and the ATS control loop are located on the
right side at the rear of the power distribution module.
 In the single input scenario, the fuse of the indicators is located on the right side at the rear of the
power distribution module.
 When an emergency fan is configured, the fuse of the fan power source is located on the left side of
the Converged Cabinet rear door.
