Table 6 on page 29 lists the port numbering system for ports 25, 29, 33,
and 37 when the switch is operating as a stand-alone unit (i.e., the
VCStack feature is disabled):
Description
The transceiver is transmitting or receiving
data at 40Gbps.
Possible causes of this state are listed
here:
- The transceiver slot is empty.
- The transceiver has not established a
link to a network device.
- The LEDs are turned off. To turn on the
LEDs, use the eco-friendly button.
Description
At least one of the four ports on the
breakout cable has established a 10Gbps
link to a network device.
At least one of the four ports on the
breakout cable is sending or receiving
data.
Possible causes of this state are listed
here:
- The transceiver slot is empty.
- None of the ports on the breakout cable
have established a link to a network
device.
- The LEDs are turned off. To turn on the
LEDs, use the eco-friendly button.
