MAINTENANCE
1.
Open the rear left cover (1)
2.
Position the lever (2) in the lock position of the cover.
3.
Remove the wing nuts (3) (4 places).
4.
Remove the rubber cover (4).
5.
Having completed the control, replace the rubber cover (4)
and secure it with the wing screws (3).
If the battery is equipped with charge indicator
A visual indicator indicates the battery charge level in different colours.
1.
Clean the area around the indicator with a wet cloth.
2.
Check the colour of the indicator.
Color green: the charge is optimal
Dark grey: the battery needs recharging
Bright white: the battery must be replaced
If it is possible to check electrolyte level from side of battery
If it is possible to check the electrolyte level from the side of the battery, check as follows.
If the battery is wiped with a dry cloth, static electricity may cause a fire or explosion.

Clean around the electrolyte level line with a cloth wet with water.
2.
Check that the electrolyte level is between UPPER LEVEL
(U.L.) line and LOWER LEVEL (L.L.) line.
3.
If the electrolyte level is below the middle between UPPER
LEVEL (U.L.) and LOWER LEVEL (L.L.) lines, immediately
remove cap (1) and add purified water (e.g. commercially
available replenishment water for a battery) to U.L. line.
4.
After adding the purified water, tighten cap (1) securely.
