TRANSPORTATION
NOTICE
This lifting method applies to the standard specification machine.
The method of lifting differs depending on the attachments and options installed.
For details of the procedure for machines that are not the standard specification, consult your Komatsu
distributor.
For data regarding the weight, see chapter "SPECIFICATIONS".
When lifting the machine, perform the operation on a flat ground according to the following procedure.
1.
Start the engine, fully retract the cylinders of the stabilizers
and/or blade and position the boom as shown in the figure.
2.
Set the chassis and turret in parallel.
3.
Set the lock lever to LOCK position (L).
4.
Stop the engine.
5.
Check that there is nothing around the operator's seat, and then get off the machine.
Close the cab door and front window securely.
6.
Connect the lifting means and check that no cable or chain interferes with the machine.
NOTICE
The lifting points of the machine are symmetrical.
7.
After the machine comes off the ground, check the hook condition and the lifting posture, and then sling the
machine slowly.
