22.8.6 Line tester FDUL221

This chapter relates to the line tester FDUL221, device version with USB
connection or MC link connection, order no. A5Q00022100.
Preparation
1. Save the latest firmware file on your PC.
2. Select 'File' > 'Import new resource package' in the Engineering Tool.
3. In the selection window, open the firmware file with the corresponding
language F-FXS2007-XX_x_x_...zip.
Connection to PC via USB cable
w The line tester is fed either internally with batteries or via a mains adapter.
Connect the device to the PC via the USB cable. You will find more information

Connection to PC via FDUZ22x
w The driver for the MCL-USB adapter FDUZ221 or FDUZ227 is installed on the
PC.
w The line tester is fed either internally with batteries or via a mains adapter.
