11.4 FEED ROLLER REPLACEMENT

1. Follow the steps from 1 to 2 of the separation belt replacement.
NOTE: Take care not to damage the paper end sensor harness [A] and
sensor [B] when removing the duplex feed guide plate [C]
in step 2.
2. Remove the duplex feed guide plate [C] (2 screws and 1 connector).
3. Slide the feed roller shaft [D] to the rear, then slide the feed roller [E] to
the front (1 snap ring and 1 bushing) and replace it as shown.
NOTE: When re-assembling, set the duplex feed clutch stopper [F] to the
bracket [G].
