To neutralize any charges remaining on the drum, a cold cathode fluorescent
lamp [A] (CFL) is used as the quenching device.
When the main PCB sends a trigger signal to the the CFL stabilizer [B], an ac
power (ac 480 V/5 mA) is supplied to the CFL.
