MEASure:DIGital:DATAn:LW96[:VALue]? reads 12 bytes from the 96-bit port after the
completion of the handshake and returns three decimal numbers, each between
-231 and (231-1).

MEAS:DIG:DATA1? reads 8-bit port 1 data. If all data lines are set to 1, this
command returns the value 255.
MEAS:DIG:DATA0:LW64? reads 64-bit port 0 data. If all data lines are set to 1, this
command returns the values -1 and -1.
MEAS:DIG:DATA0:LW96? reads 96-bit port 0 data. If all data lines are set to 1, this
command returns the values -1, -1 and -1.
