DIG:HAND3:DEL .005 sets the delay between the data output and the assertion
of the control line to true on 8-bit port 3 to 5 ms.

[SOURce:]DIGital:HANDshaken:DELay?

[SOURce:]DIGital:HANDshaken:DELay? queries for the time between data valid
and the assertion of the control line to TRUE. This form of the command operates
only on 8-bit ports and returns a decimal value between 0 and 0.015.
