[SOURce:]DIGital:TRACe:DEFine <name>, <size>,[<fill>] defines a block of data
as a user memory block, names the block for future reference, and fills the block
with the last parameter. If the last parameter is absent, the block is filled with
zeros.

The firmware can handle blocks with a total memory space of up to 12
Mbytes of memory space. The actual amount available depends on the
memory installed.
– If the MEMory:VME:STATe ON command has been used, this command
will create blocks in the external add-on memory. If the
MEMory:VME:STATe OFF command has been used, this command will
create blocks in the system memory.
