Sets logical true level of Control line on selected port.
Returns current logical true polarity of selected port.
Sets or clears control line on selected port. Command used to create
custom handshakes when HANDshake is set to NONE.
Returns the current state of the control line on selected port.

Returns the programmed state of the selected bit on the selected port.
