Manually Entering Vital Signs Measurements

For Blood Pressure, Weight, Temperature, Blood Oxygen and Heart Rate, all data
may be entered when prompted by screens similar to the following. Make sure
patients enter information accurately, as displayed directly from their device. The
Genesis Touch will tell patients when they have successfully entered vitals. Take
note of the images below,
Manually Entering Time-Sensitive Vital Signs Measurements
It is recommended to always report readings immediately after taking them. Once
patients have taken time-sensitive readings, they will need to report the date and
time they were taken. Take note of the images below:

Be aware of the need for patients to enter a decimal point when needed (left).
Manual entry screens specify the range of values within an acceptable range to
report (right).
Type in the time. Press the AM/PM button to change the red text to the correct
time of day (left).
Press the Date button to choose the day of your reading (yesterday or today
only). When all time information has been entered, red text will disappear and
patients may continue (right).
