If the monitor has been left on without being plugged in, connect the power cord
and power off the Genesis Touch. Ensure the battery icon shows at least a 25%
battery charge before turning the Genesis Touch back on.

Using Monitor Keys

The power button and the volume buttons may be used from the monitor frame:

Genesis Touch - User Manual
Function
Allows you to turn the monitor's power on or off or wake up the monitor. If
you have entered a password protected area, this button also allows you
to turn off the monitor.
Allows you to adjust the monitor's volume.
Icon
Description / Function
Begins manual vitals acquisition process.
Allows you to move forward to the next screen in the workflow.
Allows you to back out of screens.
Brings you back to the Vitals Now/Home screen.
