Some readings may require two readings to be entered exactly as displayed on the
device, like shown below. Patients may choose to record the measurements from
their device in a vital signs log if they are unable to recall their readings on their
device:

Patients should tap the choice which best describes their condition. The monitor
will move on to the next screen once a selection is picked.
Understanding Questions and Reminders
When questions are scheduled as part of the vitals acquisition, a patient will be
asked a series of questions prior to their regular vital signs collection. When the
questions are completed, the monitor continues to the next vitals acquisition.
Questions may also be selected from the Select Vitals screen.
If Patient Health Questionaires PHQ 2/9 have been scheduled, a series of multiple
choice questions is displayed to patients, who should tap the best option for each
question, as shown below. The screen will advance to the next question, depending
on the survey type scheduled, once a patient taps an answer:
