A video visit must be hosted by a licensed user from LifeStream™ Web, at a sched-
uled time coordinated with each patient. When the LifeStream™ Web user ends the
meeting, the patient monitor disconnects from the visit. During the visit, a patient
may also end the visit at any time by pressing the red Phone button.
Note: Genesis Touch monitors must be upgraded to version 3.6 of Genesis Touch software,
with Android 5.1 or higher. For monitors with a serial number beginning with A3, it is
also recommended to fully upgrade to the Android 7.1.1 Operating System, as
directed by the upgrade instructions at www.honeywelllifecare.com/
genesistouchhelp.
Licensing Requirements
A license is required for each designated LifeStream™ Web interface user hosting
Video Visits. Each monitor must also be licensed to connect to the LifeStream Web
interface via a stable Wi-Fi network, or via a licensed cellular data plan. Contact
your local sales manager for more licensing information.
If your organization has purchased a video-over-cellular data plan, each plan is
assigned to a specific monitor serial number. Refer to instructions that shipped
with your monitors for more information, or contact Customer Service.
