Enabling Video Visits

To configure the Genesis Touch to display the Video Visit button on the home
screen of the monitor, from the Advanced Menu:
1. Select Video.
2. Select Display Video Button.
3. Select the Return button to go back
4. Confirm the Video Visit button is displayed, enabling patients to press the

If the Set date option is grayed out, select the check mark (or tap the ON button) next
to the Automatic date and time option. Select Set date. A screen allowing you to
adjust the date appears.
Use the user interface to scroll to the month, day and year that you want to set.
When the correct date appears, select Set. A screen similar to the following appears
and the date you set appears under the Set date option:
It is recommended to re-check the box (or tap the OFF button) next to Automatic
date and time to allow it to be automatically updated when service is available.
Otherwise, date settings must be re-adjusted when a monitor is reassigned.
If the Set time option is grayed out, select the check mark (or tap the ON button) next
to the Automatic date and time option.
Select Set time. A screen allowing you to adjust the time appears.
Use the user interface to adjust the hours, minutes and am/pm designation.
When the time you want to set the monitor to appears, select Set or Done. The time
you set appears under the Set time option:
