Manually Checking for an Android Update
As requested by customer service, or if you have a Genesis Touch monitor, with a
serial number beginning with A3, follow these instructions to perform a manual
Android Operating System update.
1. Access the Android™ Settings menu, following directions on the previous page.
2. Swipe up on the left side of the Settings menu until the list stops scrolling.
3. In the System Updates menu, tap Check for System Updates.
4. Select Yes, if you are asked if you would like to download a system update.
5. The monitor will confirm the software download progress. Select OK and follow
