Updating Network Settings / Global Settings
Customers are advised to check for communications with LifeStream prior to
accessing the monitor's Android settings menu to troubleshoot cellular network
connectivity issues.
To troubleshoot connectivity with a monitor licensed for Video Visits, refer to the
note in this section, for additional information.
Monitors outside of the United States, with a serial number starting with A2 or
higher, may need Data Roaming settings updated to resolve connectivity issues. To
proceed with network settings troubleshooting:
1. At the following menu, tap More, More Settings, or More

If your monitor is licensed for Video Visits and this does not appear, tap the Verizon
Internet entry, and tap APN in the next menu that appears. Double-tap the Shift key
for caps lock, and enter VZWINTERNET in uppercase letters. Tap OK when finished.
7. Press the Power button on the monitor and select Restart.
8. When the monitor restarts, access the Settings menu of the monitor, and select
