1. In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper, adjust the fusing heat roller temperature.

Increase the value in 088: [Fusing Temp: FC] by 5 degrees.
<Printing in black and white>
Increase the value in 089: [Fusing Temp: BW] by 5 degrees.

degrees, contact your service representative.
