value to "50 %", contact your service representative.

Vertical Black Streaks (2)

Black or cyan streaks that look like something was dragged appear parallel to the paper feed direction
from approximately 308 mm (12.1 inches) from the leading edge.

Cause:
This occurs when the paper is soiled with toner if it accumulates in the cleaning unit for the
photoconductor unit and falls through the lubrication blade.
Solution:
1.
In the 05: [Machine: Maintenance] group on the [Adjustment Settings for Skilled
Operators] menu, execute 0502: [Execute Photoconductor Refreshing].
2.
Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
