Envelopes

Before printing on envelops, carry out the following settings;
Have you specified the paper size with the
flap of the envelope open (custom size)?
Yes
Have you loaded the envelope with its flap
open at the trailing edge?
Yes
Have you set double feed detection to [Off]?
Yes
Is the length of paper (including the flap) less
than 297 mm (11.8 inches)?
Is the length of the flap 16 mm (0.6 inches)
or greater?
