Reading the data register values from ROM
When M8155 turns on at the end of scan, the values in the corresponding ROM are read and stored in the data registers specified
by D8184 (start address to read) and D8185 (number of registers to read). After reading values, the execution status is stored in
D8133 and M8155 turns off.
Example 1: When reading the values of D0100 to D0179 (80 words) with a 12-I/O model, specify D8184=(100) and D8185=(80),
and then turn on M8155.
