Instrument Setup
After installation according to the checklist proceed as following:
1 Prepare reagents. See
41
2 Insert suction lance/level detectors
3 Lock the occlusion frames of the peristaltic pump.

The peristaltic pump is ready.
4 Turn on sample flow and wait until the flow cell is completely
filled.See Establish Sample Flow, S. 32
5 Switch on power.
6 Fill system. See
7 Let the instrument run continuously for 1 hour.
